People consider Sanur ‘just right’, with it’s relaxed atmosphere and a great mix of shops, restaurants and bars.  The night life is relaxed and enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from either on the beach, in the village or closer to home at the Clubhouse Steak Bar & Grill.

The beach is protected by a reef so families appreciate the limpid waves for the kids. The water is shallow and generally warm; at low tide you can actually walk out to the reef if you are so inclined.

There’s a great paved walk way that runs the entire length of Sanur Beach from North to South and it’s a great place take a casual stroll while visiting shops and restaurants.

Sanur stretches for about 8km along the eastern facing coastline of Bali and boasts manicured resorts and natural areas fronting onto the sandy beach with shops and restaurants dotted in between.

A short distance off the beach is the main street, Jl Danau Tamblingan with hotel entrances and oodles of tourist shops, restaurants, fabulous cafes and various bars.

Jl Ngurah Rai Bypass skirts the western side of this popular resort area and is only 20 minutes from the airport via the new Toll Road. The main thoroughfare also connects with many other popular tourist attractions.
