Clubhouse Condos Bali: April 2018 Construction Update

Clubhouse Condos Bali: April 2018 Construction Update

March was a busy month at the Clubhouse Condos in Sanur Bali.  We finished off the first floor and got straight into the second floor.  As you can see, the team made great progress and started the pour last week of March and by yesterday, they had the columns in place for the third floor.  The balconies are starting to take shape now as the overall floor plans have been updated to reflect the addition of a balcony across the front of each unit.

The overall measurements have gone from 8.0 meters in length x 4.0 meters wide to 10.5 meters in length x 4.3 meters wide.In addition, we have added a Three Bedroom option to the mix, which means you can now purchase an entire floor in the Clubhouse Condos for your own personal space.

That means the overall size of the units has increased by the following:

  • Studio unit has gone from 32 square meters to 45 square meters
  • One bedroom from 64 square meters to 90 square meters
  • Two bedroom from 96 square meters to 135 square meters
  • And a Three bedroom unit will be a whopping 180 square meters!

In addition, we have reserved an option for a Third Floor Penthouse comprising the entire third floor in Unit 1 facing the Ocean.  So this is a really exciting new development here at the Clubhouse Condos.

Lastly, even with the 30% increase in floor space, we have still not increased the price.  But that’s changing soon, as we are announcing the end of Early Bird Pricing effective April 15th.
