We’ve Been Very Busy Down At The Clubhouse in Sanur
It’s been a busy start to the year at Clubhouse Condos Sanur Bali. We took a bit of a break over Christmas and New Years and then we were right back into it. First we finished up the footings for the structural columns, put the concrete boxes in and poured the column footings.
Then we dug the foundation around the perimeter of building one and set up the molding so we could pour the perimeter foundation.Once that was done we rechecked all the measurements, especially for the height of the floors with the laser and marked in all off.
That meant we were ready to start getting the floor base organized and the underground plumbing set. Then we built the rebar inset for the floor base, filled it in with crushed rock and got things ready do to the first big pour of concrete. We built ourselves a slide so we could pour the concrete directly into position. That’s when things got serious. The pour was fairly large and we spent a good deal of time making sure it went just right. Trucker made sure it was all done according to spec so there wouldn’t be any dramas later.
Once the concrete set and cured, we were ready to start boxing in the support columns, and we spent a few days getting that done just right. Once everything was boxed in and squared up, we were ready for our next big pour of concrete. We carefully poured each box so as to make sure there were no issues. And so box by box we continued to make progress.
We’ve now finished all of the structural columns and we’re ready to begin the actual build-out of the ground floor units. Have a look at the photos that follow for a better idea.
